Innovating products and shaping Dojo’s brand

As Lead Designer at Dojo, I played a key role in shaping the company’s creative direction and driving impactful design strategies. From contributing to a major rebranding effort to leading the launch of a new CMS, I worked collaboratively with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that aligned with Dojo’s values and strategic goals.

One highlight of my time at Dojo was contributing to the rebranding initiative. While the new brand launched after my departure, I worked with heads of design, copy, and marketing, as well as the company founders, to lay the groundwork for a cohesive, modern identity. This included refining the visual language and crafting design systems that set the stage for the brand’s evolution.

Another key focus was leading the design and implementation of a new CMS, improving website architecture, usability, and functionality. I also managed cohesive campaign work across social media, email communications, and website design, integrating animators to enhance product launches with dynamic and engaging content.

Rebranding DOJO

During my time at Dojo I was instrumental in the dojo rebrand — working alongside the heads of design, copy, and marketing, as well as the company founders. The rebranding effort not only unified the company’s visual identity but also solidified its position as a forward-thinking leader in its industry.

Cashless trends whitepaper:
Dojo x YouLend

To position Dojo and YouLend as thought leaders in the shift toward cashless payment systems, I collaborated with a print designer and copywriter to create a compelling whitepaper. This involved designing clear, engaging infographics and data visualizations to present survey findings and industry trends effectively. The report provided insights into consumer and business payment habits, the rise of digital solutions, and strategies for adapting to a cashless future. By combining data-driven insights with professional design, this project resonated with a wide audience and reinforced Dojo’s innovative positioning.

Animation Work for Product Launches

To amplify the impact of Dojo’s product launches, I incorporated dynamic animations into the creative strategy. By bringing in animators, I ensured the creation of compelling visual narratives that effectively showcased product features and benefits. These animations were deployed across digital platforms, fostering stronger audience engagement and boosting the brand’s appeal in a competitive market.

CRM Design and Development

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, I played a pivotal role in the design and development of Dojo’s CRM system. My contributions included auditing existing workflows, wireframing and prototyping intuitive user interfaces, and working with developers to implement scalable solutions. This initiative not only streamlined internal operations but also supported the company’s goal of delivering exceptional user experiences, further enhancing Dojo’s operational efficiency.

Website architecture day 1

Analysing the structure and organisation of a website to ensure it provides an intuitive, efficient, and satisfying user experience. The goal was to create a seamless journey for users, enabling them to find information quickly and easily.
