Dojo

Website architecture

The primary objective of this project was to restructure the website architecture for Dojo.tech to enhance its usability, scalability, and performance. This involved a comprehensive redesign of the site's framework to ensure it could meet current and future demands. The goal was to create a more intuitive navigation structure, making it easier for users to find information quickly and efficiently. Additionally, significant efforts were made to improve page load times, reducing latency and ensuring a smoother user experience. To support the anticipated growth in traffic and content, the new architecture was designed with scalability in mind, allowing the website to handle increased visitor numbers and content expansion without compromising performance. This holistic approach aimed not only to address existing issues but also to future-proof the website against evolving user needs and technological advancements.

Competitor research

I performed competitor research on website navigations to identify best practices and innovative approaches. This research gave us valuable insights into industry standards and user expectations, enabling us to design a more intuitive and effective navigation structure. The result is a user-friendly site that improves user satisfaction and engagement and keeps us competitive in the market.
